Totally brilliant experience dealing with Shaun to book a special family safari. All the more challenging because there are 9 of us. We turned to ASG and Shaun after a well known and respected camp originally booked from UK suddenly turned round and said they couldn't have us after all due to double booking. Imagine the stress! Flights and everything else booked already! Shaun stepped in and dissipated my stress in an instant by negotiating with the first camp and finding us two alternatives should we need them. The alternatives were fabulous and probably better and at the end of the day we did need one of them. Thanks Shaun, looking forward to meeting youi when we arrive!
