The man on the phone was very professional and helpful, he assigned me an engineer within 4 hours, but the engineer came out very fast, i got an SMS when he was 15 mins away and he arrived exactly. He was friendly, professional, spoke English for me as my Dutch is slecht, he assessed the problem and got on to it right away. He had all the right equipment and was very experienced. He solved the problem and gave advice afterwards. Great service, thank you!
