Good product, but it frequently requires resetting and has not been able to on two occasions. Then it needs a service call: no answer on phone, 2 to 3 day email response time, asked to do what we already had done, then told it will be 4 weeks before an engineer can come out. Both engineers very good. How can a product that is so expensive, require resetting or a call out every 4 to 6 weeks? I say to people, great product when it works, but get a faulty one and it's then a questionable investment, and a frustrating experience trying to get get technical help.

We are sorry to hear this and the reset could be being caused at the property. You have to reset the Quooker if you have a power interruption. We note the second engineer visit was a 5 minute attendance where we showed you how to deal with this issue. Given you remain concerned we shall call you tomorrow.
