Cheaper than Jake, but a lot less satisfying. I dislike using separate oil and having to measure my meals - that beats purpose of eating shakes instead of meals if I have to prepare them. While still somewhat faster than making few slices of bread it takes considerably more effort to mix meals than just dumbing pre-measured bag into shaker. Nice to have different flavours. I would enjoy something that tastes more like Ambronite as Jake and Queal meals are too artificially sweet.
