Expectations were very high. I expected so much for shipping and are therefore not able to go on a trip with your product I was given more than 10 days after the order. It is not acceptable the level of packaging and of the information contained on it. Your competitors have cared much more these aspects. Also the envelopes are for three meals very little useful and smart. On oil bottle does not say even what it contains, it little oil is, there is something else in there? I believe that the structure of the information is too poor to be able to sell in Italy, for example.
