This is our first baby, and we had no idea how to handle him. Luckily, we had Wilma over.
In one short week, she gave us so many tips and tricks, taught us all the essentials, and made us completely confident that we can take care of the baby going further. She was above and beyond any expectations. Very professional, humane, and no-nonsense.
By the end of the term, we almost cried that it was over.
