The first nurse, Natalie , sent to us was fantastic. She was proactive and took the time to explain everything needed to my family and spend time with my other daughter after the birth of our son. Unfortunately she got sick a few days later so we had to get a replacement. I was eventually happy with Karen, the final nurse they sent over. I appreciated the close communication with the agency throughout the switch and I felt my needs were heard. A good experience overall in that first critical week postpartum.
