Mandy and Dounia were assigned to our home for my postnatal care, and they were an absolute delight to have! Mandy was very clearly knowledgeable and got along well with myself, my husband, our little boy and the family that visited us during the period. Dounia did her work so well that we never would have guessed she was in training if we hadn't been told.
My husband and I had moved to the Netherlands the previous fall from abroad, and it was a relief to be able to communicate with both Mandy and Dounia in English while also learning snippets of Dutch that would be useful for our baby's care. We learned so much from them, and the knowledge has helped us be more confident parents.
We would absolutely have either or both of them back in our home if/when we have another child.
