The website is clear, the first time around there was a misunderstanding regarding the bleed area. But, that was quickly resolved. Brenda, also tried her best to assist and provide helpful information. The ordering and quality of the print are great. However, we were extremely disappointed and unsatisfied when the order was delivered. The delivery person tried to squeeze the flyers and this resulted in a few of them being damaged before we can use them. Now, I know PeterPrint does not manage the delivery, however, the flyers could've been delivered in a box, or plastic wrap/paper, etc, anything at all, to prevent from damaging. Additionally, instructions to PostNL or DHL to treat the flyers with caution would also be appreciated, as when we ordered 250, we expected to use all 250, and not 240, since 10 was damaged.
