The company falsely advertised on their website a door lock including the rozet in the photo and even on the box itself, then on delivery I saw it did not include the rozet, as apparently this is sold separately. Basically its half the product and now I am need to order again the rest of the product and pay delivery costs twice. Very disappointing. They also did not respond to my email regarding this matter.
