I placed an order after receiving a quick response via WhatsApp. I received my order in a timely manner, however, I was not given a track and trace until the morning of the delivery, literally within an hour. I had to notify the company that the order was received with broken bottles, which was a disappoint after they had replied quickly and positively to my WhatsApp message. In less than a day, they replied stating that the glass products were new to them and not shipped from the same warehouse as their plastic products. They apologized and stated they were sending me new bottles. I received the track and trace the next business day and the new shipment arrived even faster than the first shipment. I was impressed with their customer service. When I wrote to them in regards to the broken bottles in my shipment, I only requested that the broken bottles be replaced. They went above what I expected in replacing the whole shipment. I will definitely use their service again when I can and I will recommend this company to friends.
