i need to asked what happened to my order it should be them informing me why my order is late

Hello,
You ordered this item on 30 april 2025 which was an Stock item with a delivery time of 5-10 working days. It was shipped on 09 mai, working day 8.
You mailed about this and I explained that the info of the delivery is with the product and also in your shopping cart when you order it!
Both times you did not read this which can happen of course. So by giving me now the blame that I didn't inform you is not nice because the information is clearly online and the delivery was within the 5-10 working days.
What could I do more ;-)
