I had made two calls on a Friday and i got connected to a staff with very little waiting period. During the first call, their staff patiently guided me on the things to check as i wasn't sure what to check when the boiler stopped working.
With her help, i was able to assess what the problem was and called again that day to make an appointment for the technician. I was told i will get a call back from the back office to set an appointment as they couldn't find an immediate slot.
Got a call back on Monday and technician came over on Tuesday and fixed the issue. Staff and technician were fantastic.
The only thing that could have been better is support during the weekend as i couldn't get hold of anyone over a call even though they have 24/7 & weekend support.
