Unfortunate. First, I received a wrong watch, then, after I sent it back, the return took forever to process. Then I cancelled the order, sent a follow up email to remind about the cancellation... and I get sent the item again! I had to keep going to a return point which is far away from me, as it is not possible to return with any other carrier but PostNL. That, plus very poor communication (I had to make 3 international calls to resolve the issue because emails do not get responded without it) and absolutely no attempt to mitigate the situation, or even an apology. Definitely a no.
