I have order carpets for my Volvo C40, they arrived and they dont fit my car, despite the 100% warranty that the carpets should fit as stated in the website. After filling the formulier and sending an email about the situation, no answers yet, despite the promise of an answer in less the 48h. The site promisses a lot but in my case everything failed. I am still waiting to get an answer.
