Awful service! Door is ok.
I ordered the door with speed up production option (which supposed to be 3-4 weeks)
In 3 weeks I emailed them to check the delivery date and they hadn’t event started the production as they expected me to fill some additional form which they sent via email which I hadn’t received. The form contained the same data I filled on initial order placement.
Then in 3 weeks after that I emailed to check the delivery date again and they said that they need more time because of the holidays. During this time there were 3 bank holidays but they needed 4!!! weeks more.
In the end I received the door not in 10 weeks after the order and no speed up production refund.
I do not recommend to order the door here. Door is ok but nothing special. I would prefer to go to a service with better customer support next time.
