Lack of transparency, they lock you into an annual contract which you're only informed of after completing the sign up process. Only candidate they presented doesn't respond to attempts to contact. Requested to cancel contract due to no new candidates being presented, was told I'd have to pay 25% of the annual contract fee. Think twice before signing up
