We appreciated that he listened and evaluated our needs well, advising without being pushy. He let us time to make our decision, always available for questions. You can see that he enjoys his job and he was always positive and helpful when we asked for changes. We had a cheaper offer but we went for I-Kook as Michael gave us trust in I-Kook and we appreciated his professionalism and mindset.
