Dear Huurzone via Mollie Customer Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Huurzone via Mollie and to request the immediate cancellation of my account even though never used or get any help through your website!

Firstly, I recently received an incasso with a code payment from Huurzone via Mollie. However, despite my attempts to scan the code and make the required payment, I have been unable to do so. I have never used your website before, and this experience has left me frustrated and confused.To be able to do my complaints I still made the payment through my ING account as of today on 28.08.2023 for both 59.95 euro and 19.95 euro.

Furthermore, I have reached out to your customer support team through both email and WhatsApp on 26.08.2023, but I have not received any response or assistance regarding this matter. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, I have decided to take legal action and consult with a lawyer to address this issue. I believe it is important to escalate this matter further, as I have made every effort to resolve it amicably to no avail.I will also place my complaint to the Government, KVK and Belasting etc wherever I need to see help.

I hereby request the following actions to be taken:

1. Immediate cancellation of my account with Huurzone via Mollie.
2. A written confirmation of the account cancellation.
3. A response to this email within 5 business days, acknowledging my concerns and outlining the steps you will take to rectify this situation.

Please be advised that if my account is not promptly cancelled and the necessary actions are not taken to address this matter, I will have no choice but to pursue legal recourse to protect my rights and interests as a consumer.

I trust that you understand the urgency and seriousness of this situation. I hope that we can reach a swift resolution that will save both parties unnecessary time, expenses, and potential damage to reputation.

I look forward to receiving your immediate attention to this matter. Please acknowledge receipt of this email as soon as possible.
