The staff were very calm, caring, friendly and informative. I appreciated the clear explanation from the cardiologist about the procedure that I had. As an expat, it felt good to have been able to communicate in English. It made me feel safe when everything was communicated so it was understood. The general conversation with staff helped to put me at ease and I felt that I was in good hands. It can be a little scary sometimes when expats are in a different country, away from family and the environment they are used to. Also, I feel better about choosing to have had the procedure because anything serious was ruled out and I can live with no concern. It just showed me that I need to be mindful of how I deal with stress in my life. So thank you, for making this experience feel safe and comfortable.
