Terrible experience! Ordered custom sized mirror more than 2 months ago and chose to pay for measurement service just to be sure things will go smoothly. Despite the recommendation I gave the person coming for measurement to measure at multiple locations as the area is likely not a perfect rectangle, few weeks later the mirror came not fitting. Even worse was that the unprofessional installers first applied the glue before checking if it fits. Sadly, this left super ugly black glue traces on the white wall for weeks before the new glass was to appear. And it got even worse, while I was waiting at home for the delivery/installation of the new one, got a message that the glass is broken in transport. Now for days the customer service is not responding and after more than two months, I will have my house warming party not with with the mirror, but with the ugly glue traces they left there. What a shame!
The whole experience was so awful and the service has been so unprofessional. Don't recommend them at all.
