Overall it was good. Easy to communicate, good quality product, they were flexible about the schedule. I especially liked that they sent me a few pages of my thesis in advance so that I could compare this with different printing companies. Although they were a bit more expensive, the product definitely has a higher quality than that offered by some others (thick biotop paper which does not shine through, beautiful colors and no noticable difference between color and black and white pages black intensity). Biggest minus is that on the spine a mm or so of the front and back is visible, even if I used the exact measures as indicated on the website, which I even double checked in advance with an employee who assured me it would be fine.
