Initial communication with Ruben went really smooth (possibilities and quotations were clear and to the point). However, during the phase were my lay-out had to be checked and printed the person responsible for communication was very sloppy. I had to call several times to get answers to my questions because emails were not answered. However, I am very pleased with the final product! Would recommend to my colleagues (ask for different contact person though).
