They are able to print a decent thesis. However, this company gave me an awful lot of stress: during summertime they are not able to do the layout for you: I had to wait till the experienced person was back from holiday (the replacement tried but was not able to do this). This gave me a lot of stress, since by then we were under time pressure and my theses were delivered on the day of the deadline. Therefore, I had to settle with blots on the cover of my thesis: this gave me a lot of stress (deciding to which person I wanted to send which size of blot, this costed me one day together with a colleague - but they don't understand these kind of things). They did acknowledge thisissue , but it was too late for a redo and they did not give a substantial discount compared to the discomfort and the quality.
