I got a call from someone from your company speaking in Dutch, rearranging the delivery point. I don’t speak Dutch and could not communicate. I lost 2 hours in traffic to be able to pick up what I ordered in the end. Maybe you don’t care about non Dutch speaking customers (we are in the Netherlands after all), so fair game if this is not relevant for you. It is relevant for me as a customer though
