Initially I was very happy with the refurbished ipad that I purchased, but now I am unable to use it because after it updated it is asking me for a passcode (I never set a passcode on it I only ever used my finger print so I am not sure if it is still there from the last owner). I now have to take it to an Apple store to have it reset because I don't have a personal laptop top which I don't really have time to do and hope that they don't end up charging me.
