Accu only has a capacity of only 90 %. When I buy a refurbished cell phone I do expect that especially parts with a lifetime become changed always. Unfortunately not happen obviously on mine.
Dilivery was prompt. Absolutely nothing to claim concerning this point. But this was a service from DHL, so that's a point to them and not really to Forza, without put it in a box and print a lable.

Dear Udo, We replace the battery below 85% capacity , so not all iPhones have a new battery. We do this because a battery with 85% or higher works just fine. If we would replace all batteries by default, we would end up with a pile of batteries, that actually still work fine, which is very bad for the environment. Buying a Refurbished iPhone from Forza means durability, the standard replacement of a battery above 85% capacity would not fit in there. In addition, you have 24 months warranty with Forza also on the battery.
