I recieve my order last friday ,3 hoya compacta 4 pots with plate , 2 of the pots have cracked in the side and one of the pot is totaly broked and one plate is broked, I send already compains through email and wait for their reply until now. I just want to update my review here,
I finally recieve a response from rob he told me that they will replace the pots. And now i justve got the pot together with the plates it was wrapped properly with bubblewrap , im very grateful for the outcome of my complaints it turned out they handle it professionally and i will order more pots here in the future and also i really liked the plants that arrived its in a good condition and healthy plant.

Put bubble wrap more where you put the pots on to avoid breakage /broken.
