Not fully satisfied - on-line booking & payment was good. The product turned up quickly & was the correct item as ordered. However, I purchased 2 tyres that are NON-folding, yet they were twisted into a figure of 8 & sent in a box that was too small. Result - the cases were damaged. The damage was repairable & the wired rims were OK so I didn't return them - but for a specialist bike tyre supplier - not what I expected.
