Euro-Parking

I parked at Eindhoven airport for a week and when I returned my car was covered in bird excrement to the point I could not drive home as the window was covered. I still have not yet received a response from support. The person working at the lot when I left told me they would cover the costs of cleaning as this will cost me between 60-100 euros to get cleaned.
