Sometimes a problem occurs with your order or with the condition of the product (it happens). In this case, a company with excellent customer support makes the difference. Euro-electronics is such a company! They looked into my problem and quickly offered me a solution. Apart from the initial problem, the product (a triple stand for 27" monitors) is really excellent (delivered in Belgium within 2 days).
