When making repair calls, since you can only specify a four hour period when the technicians might appear (e.g., from 1:00pm to 5:00pm) please make a rule that the technicians should call ~15 minutes before they visit, so as to prepare the homeowners.

Most of the technicians who arrived to inspect our old kettel (boiler) gave reliable advice and diagnosed the problem correctly (namely, that it needed to be replaced with a new model). However, there were a few technicians who did not advise us correctly about the problem, costing us unnecessarily.
