Don't let yourself be fooled - definitely they don't make "easy life"! I recently signed a contract with their agency in Dilbeek. Everything was settled, I took a day off to welcome the cleaning person, but she never showed up. I called the agency to ask if someone would eventually be coming, but they didn't know what had happened and promised to call me back. As you can guess, nobody got back to me. I tried to call them a few times but obviously nobody responded. How come that an agency with such an attitude to clients still exists on the market? I see from the previous comments that I'm not the only one complaining. Don't waste your time for this very unprofessional service. There are plenty of other agencies nearby that I'm sure are worth trying. Really worst experience ever!
