Excellent service. They informed me immediately that there would be a delay in receiving my order and offered an alternative strap or my money back. I decided to wait for the order.
A few days later they told me that the strap I ordered was now unavailable for the forseeable future. They offered me a more expensive strap for the same price as my original order due to the inconvenience.
