I didn't have the best experience, some personal data errors had to be corrected twice, the information given was not clear.

Sterke en/of verbeterpunten?

when we have a process in progress, there should be only one person dealing with it, because if there is any doubt on the part of the client, that person is aware of the entire process. That's what didn't happen to me during the phone calls to the office, I had to be telling the problems that existed in my process, to four different people and then I think there's not a good crossing of information between the employees.
