Two repairers came, disassembled the tops of the tuble drier, tried to take the machine from its locations, said it's impossible and left it as it is- hanging with the front legs and disassembled. Said: call us when you (me, a woman with two kids) will take it to the ground - we come to repair. I paid for that 50€ and myself returned the machine to its position. Then came another company. Took away side shelves, opened the dryer and managed everything for 20 min. Actually I really want to claim my 50€ back as per your advertising slogan - “no service no pay”
