Poor specifications in the product description, hight cost fo small products
Reactie Cadeau4Jou:
Dear sir / madam,
It's a pity you are not satisfied with our range of products. This despite the presence of products from a large number of well-known premium brands.
Perhaps good to know that Cadeau4Jou is a total concept. In addition to the gifts offered, you received a nice gift box / e-voucher with access to a personalized webshop and home delivery is included. Should a gift unexpectedly break, we will immediately send a new one without you must return the defective gift.
Therefore, you will understand that we do not compete on price as we offer more than just a gift. We use market prices which means that some products are cheaper and other products are more expensive on the store.
We will take your feedback into account when optimizing the product descriptions.
Kind regards,
Cadeau4Jou
