+ Good material, not to long and goes to the point
+ Good facilitator/instructor. Lots of knowledge and experience, good at explaining his points. Good at how he creates all the case examples and the feedback that he can give immediately. Great that he explained multiple different frameworks.
- Only negative point is that sometimes it felt too slow, and maybe a longer break could have been good.
