The course instructor is very knowledgable, patient and motivated to teach us the important things, to instill in us the values - AND DANGERS - of driving a forklift. After the course i have not only knowledge to use the forklift but also respect for the forklift, and the knowledge what is safe and what isnt safe and how to behave if something is unsafe. this is very important. I take this machine very seriously. He knows well what is important and he gives accent on this. His style of instruction is adjustable to many people and many situations, this is good. Also, he says a lot of anecdotes about forklifts (and accidents) and I learned a lot from this too. its important to point out the dangers, and this is done well.
When taking the course I had an impression its not about "ticking the boxes" and passing or failing, its about learning whats important, about dos and donts of this work. and this is done very very good! Great instructor, and therefore great course!
