BLOM opleidingen

I had two days training with two different trainers. The first trainer didnt give me clear instructions as the other trainees since I was the only person who speaks English. He explained things clearly for some minutes to everyone except me. I was waiting till he was done with everyone and when it came to my turn he just asked me to go on to the reach truck and he told me the function of the buttons quickly and that was all. That made me very confuse and frustrated. It didnt even take 5 minutes when he told me stuffs. I also wasnt able to learn the e-book because it is only in Dutch so I just did some quizzes, thats why I managed to pass the exam. When I mad mistakes during practice such as being unable to put the fork lift properly in front of the pallet, this trainer would seem so unhappy and asked me some theories that I didnt even get explained previously. My first day was really frustrating. He also told me that if I want to have English practice I should have been following English training in another company meanwhile to have training in BLOM was not by my choice but agencys. I sent my complain to the agency about this.

On the next day, another trainer was present. Things got so much better. He explained me again some stuffs I didnt have from the previous day and this trainer mad me feel more confident since he looked more patient and fun, when he explained stuffs to me in English he also did it clearly. There was also another trainer came in the midday and he shared many things to increase my knowledge. Thanks to them. Overall I got what is worth from the training .
