ALERT! This is a scam operation. Avoid at all costs.
This company is sitting behind bouwkeuringvergelijk.nl. When you ask for a free offerte, the website is modeled in a way to trick you into a legally binding contract- you only receive the free offerte if you press the "Back" button in the formulier (pay attention!). They will change the price to a higher price, but you will have no recourse because you never get an offerte in writing. Their customer service is terrible, I tried contacting them multiple times to organize the inspection, but they ignore your calls and go ahead with the verkoopmakelaar on your back. If you check the terms and conditions, which by the way are super abusive, you will realize how complicated these are structured. If you cancel the job, you get a 100% annuleringskosten, so you end up paying the full amount even if they never complete the inspection.
As per the terms and conditions, the reports have a NO LIABILITY clause, meaning that the inspector will come, do a small inspection, and if it fails to detect damage in the building, you will face the refurbishment costs and will never be able to claim any compensation from BIJN. Choose any other company that offers liability coverage for your own sake.
What is also shocking is that they claim that bouwkeuringvergelijk.nl is fully independent. That is not the case!!!! bouwkeuringvergelijk.nl is run and operated by BIJN, if you look for inspectors in Rotterdam and in Groningen, two cities far away from each other, you get the exact same people, and all names coincide with the names of the BIJN employees (check it, you will be surprised!), just the price changes because I guess they have to drive further away. In addition, they add fake reviews so that you see every inspector has either 4 or 5 stars, but then look at Google Reviews, the company has as many 1 stars ratings as it has 5 star ratings, and I suppose the 5 stars ones are mostly fake reviews.
It is a pity that you probably find these reviews after you have fallen for their tricks. Those guys know what they are doing, I myself paid a lawyer to review the documents, but they are truly running a scam operation created to trick people from their hard-earned money. Buyer beware!

Sorry, maar dit gaat echt te ver. U bent kwaad omdat u zelf niet heeft doorgeven dat de koop niet doorging. We stonden voor een gesloten deur op het moment van de opname. Dat wij dan kosten rekenen lijkt mij niet meer dan logisch.
