I wont recommend this shop to do business with. The people are nice and try to help when you are at the phone, but to get information about my order was a nightmare. I had to chase them (during my holidays) to know the status of my order. First I placed an order and I forgot to add an extra product. After a call, they added the extra product to my order and I received a confirmation. A couple of days later, I received a payment back for the same amount of the extra product. Which made me thing that the extra product was out of stock. I called and they didnt know. I sent them an email so they can investigate. NO answer or follow up for 8 days. I had to call from my holidays to know. They couldnt explain anything. Etc. I had to call 2 days in a row to follow this. And the worst they dont sent me updates about the delivery. I had to continue calling to know that. And the cherry of the cake, by receiving the ceramics (my order) almost the half of the ceramics had chipped edges or corners.
