My order has not been delivered twice and still have not received it

We have sent your order right on time (with priority) to Turkey, so I'm affraid there is nothing we did wrong or can do better.
We got the message from the postal company that the adress is 'undeliverable'.
If you sent us an email we'll be glad to refund you your costs and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
