The product is great the deliver service
Is poor. Is the second time that the bottles break and hace to return the delivery and wait for a new one.
DHL delivers the package on a service center and not at home also 2 times.
I am thinking about trying out another place because bad delivery service
Is the standard.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when working with glass, breakage can occur despite our best efforts to prevent it. If you require a packaging that guarantees no breakage, we strongly recommend purchasing from a supplier that uses plastic or buying broth from the supermarket.
We ship pallets of BB boxes, and while breakage is rare compared to the volume we send, it is not entirely avoidable. We understand if you prefer to explore other options, and we wish you the best in finding a solution that meets your needs.
