WORST SERVICE EVER. i had a subscription, the first 2 months they answer my questions, after that, they just ignore me. I send much more than 20 messages, emails, calls… no feedback at all. And the subject its delicate. i was paying 79,07€ for 12 jars of broth monthly. EVERY month at list 2 to 5 jars was damage, means, danger for your health. Of course I was asking to be recompensed for the damage Broths. NEVER get an answer about that. Without knowing they just canceled my subscription. Nor an email or a message regarding that. And they never compensate me for the damage Broths.

Dear Diogo,
We appreciate your feedback, expressing your thoughts and giving us the platform to explain the situation. International deliveries are not easy and you were aware that there might be delays, lost packages, possibilities of broken jars, etc. Nevertheless all of this, you insisted on still receiving the broths. As you know, some of your deliveries were either lost or broken and we have sent you extra packages for that. We usually don’t do that, especially when you had no pictures to proof the damage. We don’t believe that this gesture of ours is either “ignoring you” or “never compensating the damage”.
Another point we want to mention, as being one of our long term subscribers, for your loyalty, we kept the “old” subscription price- €79,09 for the 12 jar subscription. If you would look at the website, you would notice that the new price is €90,78.
If you know the vision and mission of Babs, you should also know that our product, quality and idea of our brand is all about health. We are a small start up business, so we have an overlook of the whole supply chain- from collecting bones from our framers, producing the bone broth, to packing and shipping the box to our customers. We strive for highest customer service and highest quality bone broth. We do not understand how some of your received bone broths might be danger to your health and some are fine. They all come from the same batch. This means they all “gelatine” the same way if they are stored in the fridge properly in a 2-3 temperature celsius.
We no longer are doing international shipments (only to Netherlands and Belgium). Therefore, we sent you an explanation email why your subscription was canceled. We are sorry if the email was not enough for you as an explanation why we cancelled your subscription.
