I cannot begin to describe how incredibly frustrating and disappointing our experience at ASN Autoschade was. From the moment we walked in, the lack of respect and professionalism was glaring.

We initially came in to inquire about car repairs and were given a price. After returning today to confirm the details and finalize the appointment, we were met by a rude and indifferent older tall man (likely the reception). Instead of offering us any basic customer service, he sat there, talking on the phone, completely ignoring us as we stood there waiting for 30 minutes without even being offered a seat. It felt as if he completely forgot about us and was off doing other things, leaving us to just stand there patiently, completely dismissed and confused. It was as if we didn’t matter at all and were invisible.

After what felt like an eternity, he finally handed us a piece of paper with a written confirmation of the price - there were only a few lines on it! (Did it really take him 30 minutes to write something so careless and incomplete?) And, of course, the price was noticeably different and, unsurprisingly, much higher than what we had originally been told. The price seemed to come straight from his head - written in a sloppy manner that was difficult to understand. It honestly felt like he thought he could rip us off simply because we’re not Dutch. The whole thing looked deliberately vague and unprofessional.

When I tried to ask him questions outside while looking at the car, he immediately became irritated and impatient. He started telling me that if we were so “picky,” we should go somewhere else, and dismissed my concerns by saying that our car was old and its bumper would never look new again. (So why then did I come to repair it? To pay a considerable amount and still see the signs of damage?) Strange attitude as for a car repair service.

I can’t speak to how well they repair cars, as I will never get to that point given such a welcome and hope no one else does either. With this level of disrespectful and dismissive service, no one should even want to give them the opportunity to touch their vehicle in the first place.

This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. No customer should ever feel disrespected and dismissed like this. It’s clear that ASN Autoschade cares very little about its customers, and frankly, I would never recommend anyone to deal with them.

It’s time for the owner to pay attention to the growing number of negative reviews about their unfriendly customer service. If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism, look elsewhere!
