I had a very poor experience with Alpha Ventilatie. Have been in discussion with them about my house ventilation since July 2023, and till this date (almost end Mar. 2023), it’s not yet done for all sorts of last-minute excuses from internal inefficiencies in their planning/ design recommendation. The staff talk nicely, however their project planning is one of the worst I have seen in recent times. I just decided to terminate my contract with them after the latest excuse. I didn’t experience their technical/ installation abilities, so cannot talk much about that; except that my experience with Alpha Ventilatie so far has understandably eroded my confidence in their ability for quality work (I hope I am not correct with this).
