First of all. No respect with who speaks in English. All communication in Dutch, even if we call in English and send email in English. Second, your company don’t respect the pickup date, I put in the website to pickup in the day after, and to make it happen it was needed to pay a 50 euros extra fee. I defiantly will look for another company when a container is needed and I will not recommend your services.

As we discussed on email ( in english) our pick up date is within 2 workdays from the day you
unsubscribe your container.
Since you wanted your container to be picked up the same day and suggested to us you'd pay the extra costs for transport we added the standard costs for transport with a truck.
We picked up your container the same day.
We are very sorry to hear you did not approve our services and you will not recommend our company. The most important for us is a happy costumer. Very sad to hear we lost one.
