I've ordered tilt mechanism in June by their website. I have no word from them for 1 month. Then I started to text them every week they promised me that the will send my order as soon as possible. Now its August and after last conversation I was told that they cannot send to me the order and going to return my money.
Why does it take 2 month to cancel my order?
Disgusting communication and wasting time, nothing to say.
