I liked the trainer and it was very helpful to have people from various backgrounds present in the group. Interesting and useful training to apply in professional and personal context! Very good to the in a class with other colleagues with other backgrounds and experiences.
I feel the money my employer spend on the course is quite sadly wasted.

I walk away from this course with basic take aways and shallow general knowledge on effective communication we've learned at a much earlier state in our career. At times the instructor had some interesting information regarding communication, but these brief moments were far too few for the 2 days of course.
The most meaningfull result from this course was that you're more focused on your way of communicating because you want to achieve your learning goals. The input from the course for the specific and personal learning goal of me however was almost nil.
